Double Creek Crossing — a thoughtfully phased community in Round Rock, Texas — launched with 115 condominium-regime single-family homes and comprehensive road, utility, drainage, and pedestrian improvements. KTCivil designed the amenity center’s civil infrastructure to support a resort-style pool, pavilion, pickleball court, dog park, playscape, multipurpose field, and fully accessible circulation. Branded the “Double Creek Crossing Amenity Center,” the project earned a nomination for Best Project Design in the Urban Land Institute – Austin 2026 Impact Awards, underscoring our commitment to elevated, community-focused design.
