Homestead at Old Settler’s Park

Round Rock, TX

Located in Round Rock, Texas adjacent to Old Settlers Park and ½-mile north of Hwy 79 from the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center, Homestead at Old Settlers Park is a 216-acre 481 single-family lot subdivision offering an amenity center and 20 acres of parkland. Capping its northern end are the attached single-family condo developments of Northpoint at Old Settlers and Homestead Village.
