A multi-phase arterial extension linking McKinney Falls Parkway to SH 183 — a transformative corridor designed to improve connectivity and support future growth. This divided roadway project delivers complete infrastructure solutions: roadway construction, utility relocation, multi-use trail integration, stormwater detention, water-quality treatment, and a critical Cottonmouth Creek crossing. KTCivil served as Engineer of Record for Phase 3, orchestrating a phased infrastructure strategy and coordinating closely with public agencies and private stakeholders to keep the project on schedule, on budget, and aligned with long-term community goals.
